Papa Djibril SY is a dynamic entrepreneur with deep expertise in project management, innovation strategy, and public-private partnerships within Sub-Saharan Africa. Over his career, he has focused on solutions that drive impact and sustainable development.

Djibril has held key leadership roles, including Managing Director at Peacock Capital Advisors Group, a financial advisory firm where he spearheaded strategic growth initiatives. He also oversaw a social housing project providing affordable housing solutions for local communities in Senegal. A strong advocate for technology and innovation, Djibril was the Managing Director of BRILSY Technology, promoting AI and precision farming in agriculture. Earlier, he supported public-private partnerships development as Business Development Manager at Infrastech Afrique. He is also President of a Nigerian startup NGO focused on climate change. 

Additionally a Farmer, Djibril is passionate about fostering innovation, mentoring young entrepreneurs, and delivering solutions that address critical global challenges. Recognized for his leadership, he has received honors such as the Award of Excellence from 1000 Shades of Women International in New York and an Honorary Citizenship from the State of New Jersey.
