gender finance and impact investing, specialising in mobilising capital for women-led businesses
and advancing gender-smart investing standards globally. Liebe has led the development of 2X
Certification Lead, a groundbreaking certification mechanism that sets industry standards for
gender lens investing, and has also led on the launch of a catalytic gender-lens fund to unlock capital for female fund managers and female entrepreneurs working on climate-smart solutions.

Liebe has worked with a diverse range of capital providers including development finance
institutions, private equity firms, venture capital funds, institutional investors, and philanthropic
organisations to advance their gender-smart investing practices and standards. Through
strategy design and capacity building programs, she has collaborated with key market players with a mission to build a more inclusive financial ecosystem.

Building on experience at responsAbility AG and BMO Private Banking, Liebe has developed

emerging markets. Through her venture capital background, she has seen the impact that
